YES!!! You read it right!!! Plain and simple ... if it breaks, I’ll fix it or replace it ... no nonsense of limited this, limited that, conditioned on, etc. ... as found in typical furniture warranties and guarantees... if they’ll even give you one.
QUALITY
Each bunk bed is crafted one at a time, using high quality pine, and the best heavy-duty hardware to insure a high quality, durable bunk bed. I take your investment in bunk beds seriously. I spend the necessary time to create a bunk bed that will not only last a lifetime, but will proudly bear my name and authentic old style construction.
SAFETY
I
realize the users of my bunk beds
are your
children. I always have their safety in mind. My bunk beds are made
from 2”
thick wood ... twice as thick as others on the market! They have 2
guard rails
on the front, back and both ends, insuring at least 5” from the top of
the
mattress to the top of the guard rails (some models have more). All
spacing
between rungs and rails are either less then 3 ½” or over 9 ¼”, so a
child
cannot get caught between them. They are made in compliance with the
current
Consumer Product Safety Council Bunk bed Safety Standards, and modified
each
time there is a change in the Safety Standards.
DURABILITY
By
design, my bunk beds are built
to be the most
heavy duty, solid, sturdy bunk beds on the market. I understand the
energy
children have and how active they can be. My bunk beds are built to
last a
lifetime. I encourage you to shake, push, lift and rattle my bunk beds.
(Note:
Everyone always asks, how much weight they will hold. I truly don’t
know. BUT,
I did do this test once. Myself and 2 other guys about my weight
climbed up on
the top bunk and jumped around... total weight ... about 550 pounds!!! )

Paul Bunyan is a deluxe

The Storage Drawer set includes 2 HUGE drawers to fit under bunks. These are very deep double drawers. They are HUGE (3 ft. x 3 ft.) made of 2" x 10" solid wood, with or without dividers, and roll on independent heavy-duty casters - no tracking systems to break!! They come with or without handles. These are excellent space savers and provide "a lot" of added storage for toys, bedding and clothing. Two drawers have about the same storage space as a 5-drawer chest of drawers. They have solid 3/4" bottoms. How strong are they?? I had a 300 lb. lady stand in them and jump around ... they did not break!!

Trundle
Like it sounds, this is a roll out drawer that holds an extra mattress for overnight guests. It rolls independently on heavy-duty casters - no tracking systems to break!!! It fits under all bunk bed models, but we do have to make some slight changes to the bunks to fit the trundle under them. NOTE: We have changed the design of the trundle since this picture was taken. It now looks like the face of the Storage Drawers so the bedding will not show; and, plus it just looks nicer. Basically, it is now like the large storage drawer, but 2" higher and 4" wider to fit a standard mattress in it.

Some of the wood we get is not up to par for First Grade bunk beds. We use this substandard wood to make Factory Seconds. These bunks are just as solid and sturdy, but have imperfections in the wood, such as splits, large or loose knots, edge/face bow, tear-outs, etc. We do not plane or sand the Seconds, or round over the edges. They only come unfinished. They are available ONLY in the Trimline Junior (56" H), Viking Loft Junior (56” H), and Viking L-Shape Junior (56” H). (See the First quality bunks above for pictures of the different models and Styles.)
